Our highest-grade kaiseki course, “Tomi-no-Kaze," showcases the skills of our executive chef. Crafted with seasonal ingredients from the local area and fresh seafood from the Hokuriku region and the Sea of Japan, each course is thoughtfully designed to highlight the flavors of the season.
*This course is available exclusively to guests staying in the Roan, Tomi-no-Kaze, or Honjin Japanese-Western room types.
